They QUOTE in the letter the OTA spokesman as saying they have the “RIGHT” to access property under article 69 to access your property and do NOT mention the right of property owns to refuse this access. I also wanted to ask what if OTA access your property after you tell them NO, what recourse does a property owner have? I can see them waiting till no one is home and doing the survey without property owner knowledge or permission>
